Their previous setup mixed local accounting software with manual spreadsheets, which introduced errors and made real-time reporting impossible.
2What We Built
HadesReality's multi-tenant ERP was deployed for Invent Vision with a trade management module covering contract creation, shipment tracking, and settlement. Multi-currency support handles automatic exchange rate lookups and realised/unrealised FX gain/loss reporting. Role-based access control segments 20+ users by function — traders, finance, operations, and management each see only what they need.
3Results
The system went live in production and has been running without critical incidents. Real-time P&L by trade is now available to management at any time. The finance team processes month-end close in under one day, down from the previous four.
