What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard, introduced by Anthropic, that lets AI assistants such as Claude connect to external systems and data in a structured way. An MCP-enabled system can be queried from Claude without exporting data into spreadsheets first.
Which HadesReality systems include AI analytics?
All of them. Self-service kiosks, HadesReality ERP, custom POS and workflow systems ship with AI analytics over their own data, and every one is MCP-enabled.
Do we have to set up the Claude or Cloudflare connection ourselves?
No. We handle the setup: enabling the MCP server on your system and connecting it to Claude directly or through Cloudflare.
Can we keep using our normal reports?
Yes. Dashboards and reports stay exactly where they are. AI analytics is an extra way in for the questions that would otherwise mean opening several reports.
