Reqmora

Tell it what each client owes. It requests, chases and collects, so your team only reviews.

A HadesReality product: SaaS for client document requests

Reqmora's live home page: 'Spend month-end reviewing books, not chasing documents', beside a client's checklist with all four documents received and three reminders sent by Reqmora.

Asking is easy. Collecting is the work.

Service businesses request documents and information from clients over email, WhatsApp, phone calls and spreadsheets. Items go missing, the same request goes out twice, follow-ups depend on whoever remembers, and nobody can see at a glance what is still outstanding.

  • WhatsApp messagesOne checklist of what's still needed
  • Manual follow-upsReminders only for missing items

What it does today

  • One private link per client

Each client gets their own upload page. No account and no login: they open it on any phone or computer.

  • Requests that repeat

List what each client owes once: statements, receipts, questions. The request comes round again every month.

  • Reminders only for what's missing

Reqmora follows up on outstanding items only, and stops as soon as nothing is missing.

  • AI checks each upload

On the client's page, AI reads each PDF or photo and flags straight away if it looks like the wrong document or the wrong month.

  • Organised by client and month

Everything that arrives is filed by client and period, with a dashboard of what is in and what is ready, and file exports.

  • Alongside your accounting software

Reqmora handles collection before the bookkeeping starts and works alongside tools such as Xero and QuickBooks.

What the client sees

One private page for the month: a checklist, a place to upload or answer, and a due date. Nothing to install, no password to forget.

Live today for bookkeeping and accounting firms.

Reqmora is built around recurring monthly work, where the same clients owe the same kinds of documents every month.

The same collection problem shows up wherever a service depends on client paperwork:

  • Visa and immigration consultants
  • Accounting and tax firms
  • Legal and professional service firms
  • Business consultants
  • Agencies
  • SMEs collecting recurring client information

Developed by HadesReality.

Reqmora started where our client work usually starts: with an operational problem that keeps costing people time. We designed it, built it, and run it in production. The capabilities behind it are the ones we bring to client projects.
