1The Problem

Aroma Bliss operates a manufacturing facility that produces goods sold across its own retail outlets. The disconnect between production and sales was costing them: batches were being over- or under-produced, wastage was hard to track, and reconciling production records with outlet sales data required hours of manual work at month-end.

2What We Built

We built a bespoke workflow engine that connects the manufacturing floor directly to outlet POS terminals. Production batches are logged at the factory level, assigned to specific outlets, and reflected in real-time outlet inventory. When a product is sold at an outlet, it decrements the batch quantity instantly. Management dashboards show live yield, wastage, outlet stock levels, and batch completion status from a single screen.

3Results

Manual month-end reconciliation dropped by approximately 80%. Over-production of perishable lines reduced as production planners now see live outlet sell-through data before starting new batches. The system paid for itself in reduced wastage within the first quarter of operation.
